
Return and Exchange Process
1. Return or Exchange of Order:
Please be sure to contact the TN Watch Mall Customer Service Center by phone or email to explain the reason.
2. After contacting the customer service, please strictly follow the steps below:
1) First, please be sure to correctly fill in the various information on the quick return and exchange form and the postal parcel form, including:
a. Your name, address, and contact information;
b. Your order number;
c. Return or exchange;
d. The name and quantity of the product to be returned and the reason for return/exchange;
If the above information is missing, we may not be able to assist you. Handle returns and exchanges; at the same time, you should ensure that the information you fill in is true, accurate, legal and will not infringe the legal rights and interests of any third party. If the information you fill in is incorrect, resulting in the inability to return or exchange, delayed return or exchange, or causing other legal third-party disputes, TN Watch Mall will not be responsible; if this causes the third party to claim rights against TN Watch Mall, TN Watch Mall reserves all rights to claim compensation from you.
2) Please return the product to be returned, the completed quick return form, the product delivery note and invoice (if any) in the original packaging through a traceable postal parcel or express delivery channel. If the return form and invoice (if any) are not returned with the goods, we may be unable to process the return or delay the return for you; if you use untraceable postal/express delivery means to return the goods, TN Watch Mall will not be responsible for the loss, damage, misdelivery, etc. of the goods, please understand.
3) After we receive your package, we will conduct a quality inspection on the returned goods. If it meets the return standards, we will process the return for you within 7 days; if it does not meet the return standards, it will be returned to you by mail.
If you want to exchange the product, we will contact you to place a new order after receiving your package and send out the product you need. If the product you need is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and replace it with other products with your consent or return it according to your request.
If you want to return the product, the refund will be made using the payment method of your original order. For cash orders, you can choose to refund by postal remittance or bank transfer. It will take some time for the refund to reach your account using these two methods. The bank transfer will vary according to the arrival period of interbank transfers between different banks, and the postal remittance may vary due to differences in post office regions. After TN Watch Mall agrees to your return of the product, we will send you an email to inform you where to send the product.
